COLCAR MERBUS S.A., official Mercedes Benz dealership, defines itself as a comprehensive dealership, being sales of commercial vehicles its main activity, in addition to this, the commercialization of minibuses and passenger vehicles. These sales are supported by an excellent after sales service, mainly represented by a passenger vehicle workshop and of course another workshop for heavy duty vehicles (subdivided in repairs and pre-deliver), which works with the backup of an assembly line section, automatic shif boxes reapirs and fuel injectors repairs. These workshops are reinforced with mobile workshops (equipted with the latest technology generation) which have night shift services in the area and support in the different argentinian provinces.
The company counts with a single distribution center in Moreno, located in a 40.000 m2 precinct; at kilometer 37,5 of Acceso Oeste to Capital Federal. This way we find ourselves located at the gates of one of the principal freeways that links the center of Capital Federal with different posts of Gran Buenos Aires, and also several of the main Nacional and Provincel roads which link Buenos Aires to the rest of the country.
We also have a headquarter in Puerto Madero, for corporate sales, due to the great amount of bids that we take part of.
The constant commitment to excellency took the brand to certify the quality of the totallity of its procedures which fulfill the requirements of the ISO 9001 - 2000 regulation. Continuing with its quality policy the company finds itself constantly improving to deliver most of its procedures to the Six Sigma system, seeking excellency in each one of them.
