Quality and Environmental Assurance.

As a consequence of an upgrade in the procedures, in 2005 COLCAR decided to implement the ISO 9001 regulation. To achieve a better development, we decided to select professionals within our company that became qualified as internal auditors. Quality Assurance and Procedures Manuals were drawn up from the sectors mostly related with our clients and a quality assurance policy appropiate with the company was determined. Halfway through 2007 we accomplished the cetrification of the ISO 9001 – 2000 regulation, convinced in supporting the continuos improvement as a base policy. A quality standard norm was not enough for COLCAR and that is why by the end of 2008 we began to work with Six Sigma, a quality system of excellence.
